Tracereporters –The Nigeria Association of Women Journalists, NAWOJ Zone A has commended the Executive Governor of Kaduna State, Malam Uba Sani for appointing one of its own as Executive Director (Radio), Kaduna State Media Corporation (KSMC).
In a statement signed by Rabi Muhammad Gwadabawa Vice Chairperson NAWOJ Zone A and Daharatu Ahmed Aliyu Zonal Secretary Zone A, and made Available to tracereporters in kaduna.
According to the statement, “The Nigeria Association of Women Journalists ,NAWOJ Zone A under the leadership of Comrade Rabi Muhammad Gwadabawa heartly appreciates His Excellency ,Mal Uba Sani ,Executive Governor Kaduna State for appointing Hajiya Farida Abubakar Ahmed as the New Executive Director (Radio ) ,Kaduna State Media Corporation – KSMC.

“Hajiya Farida Abubakar Ahmed is a long standing Journalist ,image manager and Development practitioner .She served as Correspondent for TV and Radio Government House ,Kaduna (2007-2011), Chairperson NAWOJ ,Kaduna State Chapter ( 2012-2013), as press secretary to the first lady – Fatima Ramalan Yero (2013-2015),Chairman ,Nigeria Union of Journalists – NUJ KSMC Chapel (2018-2019) .
“Until her appointment as the New Executive Director (Radio) KSMC ,Hajiya Farida Abubakar Ahmed , was the public Relations Officer ,Kaduna State Maternal Accountability Mechanism ( KADMAM) ,Member Ministerial Visitation Panel to Polytechnics and Colleges of Education (2012) .Hajiya Farida Abubakar Ahmed is National Internal Auditor of Jam’ iyyar Matan Arewa .
