Tracereporters.com …The Acting Chairman of SDP, Chief Supo Shonibare, read with consternation and great sadness the report of the dastardly attack affecting the property of its Adamawa State Governorship Candidate, Chief Emma Bello and his people by suspected Boko Haram rampaging evil operatives at Garkida village in Gombi local government of Adamawa State.
Speaking on behalf of the National Executive Committee and all members of the SDP, the chairman said, “we send our condolences to those killed in this dastardly evil act and thank God for sparing the life of Chief Emma Bello”. Chief Bello’s house was torched and destroyed with many invaluable assets burnt.
The chairman further prayed for the “All mighty God to continue to protect and spare the life of Chief Bello and replenish his resources as he seeks to contribute to the growth, development and wellbeing of his people in a restructured polity with capacity to address these insecurity challenges”.
