Presentation of books to kaduna polytechnic, tudunwada campus by ADO Foundation
Tracereporters.com …As part of corporate social responsibility, An Alumni of kaduna Polytechnic Hon Abdulwajid Obomeghie, President ADO Foundation and a 1994 Distinguisged Alumnus of the Polytechnic, has presented books worth over five hundred thousand naira to the institution.

The books include the Benin-Ife Controversy ‘Clash of Myths of Origins’, &  Auchi Kingdom, Twenty decades of Ikelebe Dynasty’ amongst others.
Abdulwajid also pledged to collaborate with other alumni to put all required facilities in place to make the tertiary institution the best in the country.
He made the pledge at the kaduna Polytechnic, Isa Kaita library, Tudun Wada campus during the presentation of some books authored  by him and others published by his company Wadorm Communications Nig. Ltd .
Obomeghie, the cultural ambassador as he’s fondly addressed, said he was simply responding to a clarion call, noting it was imperative for him to impact on others and to also give back to a great citadel of learning that helped in no small measure to nurture and shape his life.
In his appraisal of the book titled: Benin-Ife Controversy ‘Clash of myths of onions’,  Auchi Kingdom ‘Twenty decades of Ikelebe dynasty’ said the book which will be part of the academic curriculum in tertiary institutions.
Receiving the books on behalf of the institution, an elated Polytechnic Librarian of the oldest polytechnic in the northern part of the country, Alhaji Bello, ably assisted by his deputy and other staff members, said the gesture was novel in the annals of the institution set over 60 years ago.
 Alhaji Bello thanked the donor and urged other alumnus who are yet to support the school’s library with books to take a cue from Obomeghie’s gesture.
Mr Abdulwajid Obomeghie is a renowned culture promoter, known widely within and outside Etsako and Edo North as the ambassador of culture.
He has been the major driver of the  cultural renaissance sweeping through Nigeria.
 The Auchi born culture activist is famous for his  works in the area of cultural preservation, chronicling and documentation, with particular reference to the cultural heritage, diversity and identity of the various tribes, languages and  communities that make up South-south Nigeria.
 The multi award winning culture ambassador, a 1994 graduate of Mechanical Engineering graduate of the school, has so far authored twelve books, including: *The Benin-Ife Controversy, Clash of Myths of Origins*
*Fragments of History in The Benin – Afenmai Relations, Before & After 1897 AD* And  *AUCHI KINGDOM, Twenty Decades of Ikelebe Dynasty, From 1845 AD & Beyond* amongst others.
