Few weeks ago some unknown persons brought a young man to the kebbi state Federal Medical Center after giving his details they left without a trace,
According to the welfare officer medical social services department Khalid Abubakar libata said so far no one has come for him.
Khalid added that the contact dropped by the men didn’t help matters as those contacted couldn’t provide necessary information that can be used to trace his family since then Abbass Auwal has been under the care of the hospital.
He has been exmined by doctors and his responding to treatment but the headache is abbass is not talking.
However investigation is on to trace his family as his ID card only showed he is from ambursa a surbub of birnin kebbi.
However several efforts were made to see members of lslamic medical association of Nigeria to speak on the matter were unsuccessful as the state chairman is on leave but nurses in the ward confirmed that IMAN are aware of the issue but no assistance has come from them,
As it stand abbass is at the mercy of the hospital,further more some one in the hospital told tracereporter off record that IMAN assistance is not mandatory.
